Hot Deals Cool Rides Sales Event - DAG Service & Parts Gift Card Official Terms
- Issuer. DAG Gift Card (“Card”) is issued by Nissan/INFINITI Downtown.
- Eligibility. Issued only to retail customers who purchase an in stock pre-owned vehicle from Nissan/INFINITI Downtown between 22 May 2025 and 24 May 2025 (the “Event”). Maximum 100 Cards.
- Value and Scope. Card carries a service credit of CAD $250. It is not legal tender, not reloadable, and holds no cash surrender value. HST is calculated on the invoiced amount and the credit is applied to the total amount, after HST.
- Redemption.
- May be applied to labour and parts performed/supplied as part of any service or repair by Nissan/INFINITI Downtown Service or Parts Departments.
- Partial use is permitted; remaining balance is tracked internally and disclosed on request at no charge.
- Card may not be applied to deductible payments, third-party insurance repairs, body-shop work, or toward the purchase of another vehicle.
- Transferability. Redeemable for any vehicle owned by the original purchaser or any person residing at the same household address. Proof of address may be requested.
- Stacking. May be combined with other dealership service promotions (e.g., discounted oil-change offers) unless a particular promotion expressly states otherwise.
- Expiry. The Card expires December 31, 2027.
- Fees. No activation, dormancy, or balance-inquiry fees.
- Loss, Theft, or Damage. Treat as cash. Issuer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or altered Cards and will replace only if issuer’s records confirm an unused balance.
- Returns & Unwinds. If the underlying vehicle purchase is rescinded or unwound, the Card becomes void and any unused balance is cancelled.
- Privacy. Purchaser consents to issuer recording the Card’s serial number, purchaser name, address, VIN purchased, and redemption history for the sole purpose of administering the program. Data is stored in Canada, protected in accordance with PIPEDA and DAG’s Privacy Policy.
- Accessibility. These Terms are available in large-print or screen-reader-compatible format upon request.
- Governing Law. Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
